Kate Bercic Kinesiology reserves the right to decline your session. Sessions with Kate Bercic Kinesiology are conducted with the highest ethical intention and the upmost duty of care to the client. You acknowledge that information provided by you at the session is for your best interest. Kinesiology is a complementary therapy and not a diagnostic tool. Advice provided by Kate Bercic Kinesiology should not override the instructions of a medical doctor. You are encouraged to seek medical advice and other professional opinions. Kate Bercic Kinesiology does not accept responsibility for clients who decline to seek medical advice upon recommendation. Symptoms are not diagnosed or treated.
Appointment Etiquette Out of respect for your session and of other clients, please try your best to be on time. I always do my best to cater for accidental lateness and if I have a space immediately after, we may still be able to have a full session. However, if I have a client booked directly after you, your appointment will only run for the remainder of your allocated time.
Payments and Refunds Full payment is required at a start of an online session or at the end of the session at onsite business premises. After a session a refund will not be applicable. At a practitioners discretion, or where a practitioner decided you are either too unwell, or could potentially spread illness, or infection, your session will be cancled and you will not be charged.
Cancellations I greatly value your commitment to make change in your life. To honour yourself, other clients and my practice, I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for changes to appointment times or cancellations. The charging of a cancellation fees is rare but may occur for repeat cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees are set to 50% of the session fee. Repeat cancellations less that 24 hours before the session will be charged at a full rate and the client may be declined future appointments.
To make a cancellation please call me on my mobile phone and leave a voicemail message or text message. Emails and Facebook messages are not monitored when I consult with clients and may be missed.
